Day 22

For our intern outing we went to a place called Huasteka, which is a giant canyon about an hour from campus.  While there we had Juan with us, who is a staff member for B2B.  He is highly trained in anything physical basically, which includes rock climbing and rappelling.  Several of the other interns climbed or rappelled, I chose to sit this one out.  Not because I was scared or anything like that, but because I was having a crabby day and it was not a good idea for me to be around people to put it nicely.  So I sat nearby and worked on a few string bracelets and just taking in the awesome view.  We had dinner at and authentic Mexican restaurant and followed it with ice cream made from water at a place we like to call The Garage.

When we got back to campus everyone came to the main building and we set up what the staff like to call the “Intern Internet Café.”  After a few messages back home and random internet surfing, it was time for bed.
